In this inconspicuous place one would not suspect which excellent sparkling wines there are to be tasted and to buy. Katharina turns every tasting into an experience if you are seriously interested in the history and development of "MISAL". You can feel their passion and love for their product. Probably the best sparkling wine according to the Champagne method produced in Croatia, which in a blind tasting lets so many "champagne connoisseurs" declare the country of origin as France ;-). Some of the otherwise not so well known labels are also worth tasting. You should simply take your own label that is particularly suitable for a delicious Aperol Spritz. I wish the ladies and the Persuric family continued success
