Apartment in a quiet area, away from the center of Umag, which however can be reached by car in just 5 minutes. Well maintained furniture as well as the apartment. Clean all in all good, just a little dust in the upper six wall units of the kitchen, the cabinet in the bedroom and the shelf in the bathroom. Apartment equipped with gas hob and also an electric plate, air conditioning (but leaving the windows open at night is not needed, and you can enjoy the noise of the crickets very relaxing) washing machine, TV with various channels, wi-fi (even if not I've ever used it) refrigerator, electric oven, hairdryer, sheets, sponges for the bathroom, kitchen towels, dish soap, dishes, pots, cutlery, in short, everything you need. I stayed in the one on the ground floor with an external porch with a table for lunch and dinner, and a clothesline for washed clothes. It consists of an entrance hall with sofa, armchair, dining table and cooking wall, bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, and a double bedroom with spacious wardrobe and bedside tables. Externally there is a barbecue and a patio that can be used by asking the owners. Beautiful vegetable garden with delicious vegetables offered by the delightful owners, and a garden with various fruit plants. Externally 2 parking spaces covered by a pergola with kiwi plants. Thanks to the owner Jasna to her husband Roberto and her daughter Tea, very kind and always available for any advice or problem (they gave us fantastic tomatoes from their garden, a wine-based liqueur and authorized to take fruit and vegetables from their garden / orchard). There is also a dog, Marley, never intrusive but always looking for some goodies and cuddles 😅😅 and I regularly satisfied him with dog biscuits and cuddles, he became my shadow during the stay. Adorable. Nearby there are the spar lidl supermarkets etc. (2/5 minutes by car), various beaches (between 5/15 minutes by car) and the Konoba Bokun restaurant (excellent prices and good food). I can only recommend this apartment, both for the price and for everything else.

Apartment was very well decorated and big enough for 2 people. Air conditioning was available and worked perfectly. We did not use the washing machine for reasons of cleanliness, as the detergent drawer was not clean. It was great that we had more than enough fresh towels available. Large fridge and freezer were also available. Unfortunately there were only a few sockets, in the bathroom I only have one socket for the washing machine. A shower head holder is missing from the shower. Attention: In addition to the light switch from the bathroom, there is also a switch for the hot water boiler, which we accidentally switched off, so we had no hot water in the shower in the evening! Induction cooker and oven worked perfectly! Large clothing box available. TV with German channels, WiFi available. Dishwasher was also available, the tabs a bit older! We parked under a carboard covered with grapes and countless kiwis is In any case, we would like to emphasize the friendliness of the landlord family. In the garden there are numerous fruit trees and a large vegetable patch. I asked if we could buy something from them, and the next day there was a bowl of different fruit and vegetable products on our table in front of the door. The owner told us that we can help ourselves at any time. We were also allowed to use the outdoor area with grill and seating. When we grilled, the owner brought us coals, grill accessories and a grill. Finally we got a bottle of red wine liqueur. The dog of the house, named Marley, is very friendly and does not come into the apartment, although we have often left the door open. However, he was pushy while eating and was always waiting to get something! From the apartment we were on foot within 25-30 minutes in the town center. Spar and Lidl can be reached by car in 2 minutes, on foot in about 10-15 minutes.
