I came 1 hour after I had reservation. They told me that they cancel my reservation though in voucher says that i can come up zo 2hours later. Then they offer me to take another car and pay 16 euro more.. I am sure they gave me the same car, but they forced me to pay more! I will never work with them anymore!

When I picked up the car in Zagreb Sheraton, I was not directed to check the interior of the car. I just carefully checked the exterior of the car. When returned the car in perfect condition, the staff told me there was a stain on the car seat and there will be a charge of 1100-1200 kn. I had bought full insurance with them but they said the stain was manmade. I asked if this stain costed 1100 kn, and I asked for a car cleanser to clean it. They gave me an address of a cleaner nearby and we paid 150 kn for the clean up and it takes less than 5 minutes to remove it. Next time when you’re by with them, check the interior of the car too. We made the mistake of not checking the inside. Lucky we have time to bring it to the cleaner or else we would have been charged 1100 kn for a stain that can be removed in 3 minutes. the staff are helpful they provided me with the closest car cleaner nearby that they used. The cleaner is just 2 minutes drive away.

Unfriendly staff, when I got there I learned about hidden costs that I had specifically inquired about on the phone. They wanted me to purchase a car upgrade. When I refused, they gave me the upgraded car anyway. Upon inspection of the car I noted a white mark, but the person told me it was just superficial so he did not mark it on the status report of the car. However, when I returned it, I was charged 5000kn for "having caused" this very same scratch. Had I had the cheaper car (which I had booked) it would have been cheaper. All in all a nightmare experience.

Never again. They gave me a shabby car, I pointed out the dents and scratches during the check in, they told me it was negligible (which I took for granted because I had never rented a car where staff would look rigorously the car after the return). Anyway, I returned the car after a week, and the person who inspected it kneed down on the car, touched the entire car finish, even from underneath and charged me for every tiny dent they found.
