Adriatic Charter

After 3 weeks the deposit still not returned and blamed it on my bank. Outboard engine was week and not reliable, we almost stuck in an island with small kids. No friendly staff at the Marina office.

Bad experience. We rented a brand new sailboat (2020) for a week and we had a lot of troubles: ladder broken, the gas cylinder in the locker was leaking (!!), screws were not fixed.... But the main issue it was with the tender. We did a small hole (easely fixable) and we communicated it immediately. At the moment of the check-out we received instructions to wait the manager for 5 minutes. We waited 45 minutes (with 5 kids under the Croatian sun!) and finally it was told us to pay as a new one. We said that we would like to speak with the manager who (we discovered) was in the backyard. We can't say anything: he was aggressive, grumpy and ugly. I've learned that it should be always kind with clients (even if you have to say: no).

We received yacht with engine that broke after 2 hours. Yacht was very poorly prepared for sailing.

Only problems with the boat! 2 times in one week the steering wheel broke! The anchor I only used one time but they took all the deposit telling me that I had damaged it! I showed them the video that it was already damaged but the manager was not even interested in seeing it! I asked for the last check out to see if there was the same problem but the manager didn’t want to show me! So they took the deposit from me, from the one before me and probably they will take also from the future clients! So take care to Allegro! The kit under the new was older! They make only a superficial reparation and after that they will take the deposit! For me it was the 9th boat only in Croatia but it was the worse charter that I ever had!
