Banski dvori

The one that was the palace of the Ban or the Croatian vice-reigns is now the presidential palace. The building is a composition of two baroque mansions and other government rooms such as offices, archives, etc. From April to September every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night we can see the changing of the guard ceremony.~ 🇭🇷

St Mark's Square is home to the Croatian Government, Parliament and Constituional Court. The roof of St Mark's Church has glazed roof tiles and represent colourful coats of arms.

Guide mentioned that Government building was bombed during the Yugoslavia War, nobody died and was rebuilt and used as a government building still

The Baroque Style 2 storey building was built in the 18th century and was the official residence of the Croatian Ban's, now governmit is used by the Croatian Goverment.

Amazing building both from inside and outside, but people who work in it *cough* politicians *cough* aren't like that
