Excellent, professional and really helpful staff. Amazing decor in apartments, beautiful view (as seen in the pictures). Apartment has been equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beds aren't too soft nor too hard and the blankets are amazing. Everything is clean and up to very high standards. We tried the spa which is just amazing, the huge hot tub is extremely nice with an addition of a simple gym and sauna with complementary green tea.
