What a service! Lady receptionist was kind and smiled all the time. She went above and beyond to help us despite the basic English she is number one person in there. Triage nurse spoken perfect English and was very helpful. Doctor was professional and efficient. I was sent for an x-ray where young technician has explained what to do next and was also kind. Than at the end receptionist has come out of the hospital to send us to the pharmacy. We were extremely grateful for all her support. Thank you all.

Very helpful staff, there was always somebody around who spoke English. I didn't have to wait too long, and the physician did also a great job. 5/5 stars, would hurt myself again.

The staff was pleasant and respectful. We ended up at their urgent Care unit and were seen and treated in 4 hrs total, which isn't a bad wait. The problem is the general apeal and cleanliness of the hospital. It's an old building, but that shoud not be the limitation to keeping the floors clean and the walls fixed up and freshly painted. The waitroom chairs are old and too uncomfortable to sit in for those long waits. The apeal of an environment is an important aspect in creating trust toward an institution and their staff. I would not want to be in an operation room, or with an open wound at this hospital.
