Everything is excellent, the apartment as in the picture, view, beach 100 m from the apartment, kilometer promenade by the sea also 100 m from the apartment, parking ...
Stunning views of the bay and Rijeka. The floor is a bit high without a lift, but the view compensates. The beach is 5 minutes walk, the old town is similar. Restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs are also within walking distance. Our host was very kind and helpful.
We went through the whole of Istria with Kvarner and Dalmatia, but we haven't seen anything like this, "phenomenally," every homage to the locals.
