Very, very bad. When you need help they don't open the door, even if she is staying in the appartment downstairs. Ants in all of the appartments. Sheets, cutlery, covers and other stuff spread through all of the appartments(one has sheets, one has covers etc), so you have to run around to find stuff u need. Ironing bord, irons dirty like someone has been eating on them. The only good thing is the position and the bubble bath.
