Ive rented from Enterprise at Split Airport twice this year and haven’t had a single issue with them - great service, we’ve never had a problem with the cars we were given or with our deposit. It’s really good to be able to put your trust in a company like this - would use them time and time again
I had an issue with a rental where I damaged a tire right after picking the car up. The Zagreb branch helped coordinate with the nearest enterprise location to get me a new car, even though I contacted them very late at night. When I later returned the car in Split, the agents helped me assemble everything I needed to submit a claim to my insurance company. It was clear that they cared about my safety and my overall customer experience. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
1 star for customer service, 3 stars for the price.
The location manager, Antonio Kaleb is extremely rude an ungrateful of his customers from what I experienced.
The car we had was not in very good condition, but this was expected in Croatia.
I just had a very positive experience at this place. The entire team had a great “we are here to serve you” attitude. This includes the guy manning the rental desk, the rental lot van drivers, and the rest of the rental lot personnel. This was an amazing customer service “performance”, and I highly recommend this place!!!
Unfortunately very bad service! They fooled me by selling a prepaid tank, without telling me that I will get no money back if there is any fuel left in the end. My tank was half full. Would be nice if someone told me this information beforehand. I also had an online reservation in advance, but the promised car was not available. I was in a hurry and the only option was to get an upgrade for more money. That's not a good service at all!
