Terrible service. M.A.C.K. rented me a car during Corona time, which obviously had not been cleaned. They told me it had not been used for several days as an explanation for the dust, but later they told me it had just been returned, which was why they didn't have time to clean it. Both can't be true, so they lied to me as a customer. And what kind of company rents out a car that has not been cleaned properly and lies about it?! It was not just dust though - hairs and crumbs from the previous renter was on the seat, dashboard, radio and gears. I had to ask for a cloth to clean the car myself! They could have offered me a different car, a discount or to clean it, but the salesman just said "What do you want me to do about it?" I asked him to call his boss, but he didn't answer the phone, and he did not return my calls either. In the end they offered me a 15% discount for my next rental, but I will never rent a car with this company again.

The Best car rental I've every dealed with! We got quite new VW Golf VII for a good price. They waited for us at the airport. We asked for paying only cash and they agreed without any problem. My family and I were alomst late for our departure at the end of the holiday, so I contacted them to help me give back the car faster at the airport. They did everything they could to help us without any extra charge! I can really recommend this car rental!!!

We filled in all the info online, yet we still had to wait 40 minutes for paper work and for the car to be washed, as our car wasn't waiting for us. The car came clean on the outside but was very dirty on the inside. Then they take a copy of your passport and both front and back numbers from your credit card, something I never experienced anywhere else in the world. And as for the contract, be careful with what you sign: our contract had wrong fuel level and was missing tire-, glass- and other insurances that were included in the online version of the contract.
