Fleet is completely new. Everything worked perfectly except taking the car where I was waiting for 10-15mins in the middle of the parking lot (they said my car is ready but no one is there on the parking lot to give you the car). Car return took me literally 3mins. They briefly inspect the car and quickly issue the invoice. I asked them not to charge for gas because i refuelled it myself even though I initially asked for fuel - no issues.
Great service and friendly staff. Helped us out with two cars (almost new and very clean), when another local car rental company tried to rip us off.
We managed to get our paperwork (without prior bookings) done in 30 min and without any issues including accepting AMEX cards, which the others didn't.

Had the most amazing experience with SIXT! I tried renting cars from other companies but they would not take my credit card because it had no “embossed” letters. SIXT worked with my credit card and gave me an upgrade at no extra cost to their best car for our honeymoon!!! Very pleasant associates and very helpful! No issues or extra fees from beginning to the end. All as promised. Thank you SIXT! Will rent again!

A joke. We made a reservation online, putting in my debit card details. We got a reservation email. Then we came here and Sixt told us they can't give us a car because it was a debit and not a credit card. The exact same thing happened to the people before us. Ridiculous.
