The car rental was NOT located at the airport. They gonna pick u up at the rental area without any notice in front!!!! For the drop off you've to call them coz even during office hours no clerk there!!!! Would love to give zero stars!!!!! Once and never again!!!!

The provider picked us up at the terminal with a name tag on August 18, 2020. From there we drove about 600 meters to the parking space for the rental car. It would have been about 300 meters on foot. The service was excellent, especially as we had some credit card issues. The lady at the counter really tried and corrected everything quickly, so that we could then reach our ferry to Hvar. The return on August 28, 2020 was completely unproblematic, we were called beforehand, they asked for our desired return time, so someone was on site. The bail was released a short time later. Our experience: cheap, friendly, helpful.
