Phone not answering for a years. Package delivery works only in theory. Employees are sloppy and indifferent.

Unheard of, it means that whatever is ordered without delivering the mail is not delivered to the address at all, only a notice is left to go to the post office (and sometimes not even that) if your company's policy is not to deliver things to the address. pointed out that users know and therefore you can not even charge for such a service, it is not clear to me why such things happen especially now in the age of viruses why create crowds and unnecessary contacts, where the problem is just doing your job.
