Very unschooled and insensitive. I talked to my colleague and ordered the necklace as a birthday present for 12 days and I was told it would be done by then. I paid for the advance and everything was fine until my other colleague came and attacked me for not having the theory to be in 12 days and she was sure that her colleague also said that she did not want to cancel the advance immediately. Very vague.

The same thing with me, I got a bracelet and in a short time a pendant has dropped and the bracelet itself is always separated and the hair is too thick. I tried to get a refund, but they did not give that option whatever argument you have. I never buy it here again.

The jewelry is beautiful but unfortunately I bought a ring from them twice and with both of them it turned out to be a stone in a very short time so I definitely don't buy it anymore.
