This is a very special place, a small family restaurant where they do everything themselves: they catch the fish, grow the vegetables, make the wine... and it’s all superb. You and just a few other lucky diners will share the small terrace with a beautiful view of the Milna bay. And it’s very reasonably priced.

The best prepared fish I've ever eaten. We made a reservation few days in advance. Service was so kind. Liquer and wine also great. According to previous reviews, I expected higer price, but it was even less than we paid in restaurants with lower meal and service quality.

Luka's restaurant cannot be beat. Not only was the wait staff incredibly professional and the view idyllic, but the food was show-stoppingly savory. During the six weeks I spent on Vis, what I was served at Luka's was the best meal I had. And the hake was the best fish I have ever had (and I consider my fish pallet wide!). I found it so delicious that I even felt inclined to go ahead and try the fish's eyeball.
