Like any state-owned company, everything is done lightly while people wait in line, because my God why would they be efficient

Whoever sends a package or a registered letter should not go there because the employee who works there (I remember she had long black hair) stole 20 kuna on my weight and put them in her pocket.

I've been sending a recommended package, and the gentleman on his hand marks a worthwhile sending, which is of course more expensive and says that it is not possible to reverse the bill, although it is said to be wrong.

Shame. 30 people are fine and one works.
