Being a member of the club and often shopping at the Baby Center, I was embarrassed to learn that the employee had forgotten to mention that we had a 15% discount on any product (discount booklet). Just to mention, we bought a toy for $ 369.00. Signs never again!

we are looking for a seller product we wait 10min. the woman says she must have gone looking for it. hell she picked up at the cash register as if we didn't exist

Saturday night, the store is almost empty, there are 4 retailers and cashiers. My kassie refuse to wrap me a present because it's 5 to 9, yet it does not come close to closing. I was reminded that 4 of them were at the moment in the case, frowned, disgusted. None showed no interest in me as a buyer. They asked me if I needed a bag because it was a great gift, let alone ask me if I have a baby center bonus card. The other lady, also the customer, also noticed that 4 employees were present and publicly told that it would be okay for one of them to wrap the gift. I do not know really why you underestimate customers based on looks etc. If your working hours by 21h, is it really so hard to wrap a gift ?? !!! You've made me very disappointed with unselfishness and unprofessionalism. I doubt I'll ever go to your office soon. And a lose experience with you definitely I think to extend and continue. I believe that he will not only stand this review.
