Very bad, in 50 min. 2 employees did 3 people ... I don't blame them as much as a lot of paperwork ... uzaaaas !, do you know when you call the phone. Support that needs 5-10 min. to get to the clerk at all ?, without waiting ... shame on how HT behaves.

Part of the employees do not know what they are doing put you in an awkward situation with their ignorance should go to another t center maybe it's better
