Sixt Rent a Car - Zagreb Aerodrom

Online booking was simple and checkout counter process at airport was less than 10 minutes. Rented a BMW SUV that was clean and spacious. Rental car pickup is a short walk outside to the right of the exit doors. I usually rent from Sixth when in Europe and will do so in the future!

Great service!!! And car of course! Stuff was very kind and service minded (Goran thank you!) and we got a great upgrade for the same price! We were even a bit late to deliver a car, but we were not charged an extra day! I warmly recommend!

I have my own insurance Allianz, well known international company. Was not allowed, had to take their insurance which doubles the rental price plus €1600 deposit like what’s the point of having insurance? This is not the same Sixt policy as other countries Spain, Netherlands where they include insurance and deposit is €300

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I made a reservation which included insurance in my rental package. But at the end of my rental I was charged extra insurance without my consent which cost me double what I had reserved online! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT! BEWARE!!!! This company is NOT LEGITIMATE rather only a company that takes ADVANTAGE OF IT'S CUSTOMER! I made a reservation which in the end cost me DOUBLE ! !?!??!? THE COMPANY'S RESPONSE: Unfortunately, we can not refund the funds - all extra options were explained and approved with a signature at the rental agreement. Kind regards. Disgusting and shameful bcompany with unintelligible staff and customer service just looking to take your money!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY ! I REPEAT AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

The personal is professional and very kind. All is perfect. 👌
