We made reservations and put down a deposit 2 months prior to our arrival date as we are traveling from the United States. The day that we arrived I call the rental company per the instructions only to be told “ Since your plane is late we gave your car to someone else” STAY AWAY ( if you booked with a 3rd party, call and cancel NOW)

I share my opinion regarding the so-called Split add agency which does not exist. We went to the address given the day we had to rent the car: no agency in the street. We have not seen anyone. We called the number and a guy told us it was too late to take the car !! The person refused to receive us !! Too late ?? to have arrived at noon of the day of the rental is it too late ?? When we have already paid in advance for the car ?? Be careful not to go through this agency.

Really good car rental, with easy handling. Price-performance was great. The service was really very accommodating. We were picked up from the airport and brought back. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
