I am from Umag. You are very satisfied with the call at 10 pm, they prepare your room without any problems, there are few places where it is like that. The owners are polite and dear. I'll get there again. Thank you for everything

With a bunch of reviews and comments I think this is my first and only negative. Unfortunately I have to write a negative comment even though I am convinced that it is just such a day and that it is a bad first impression and for that very reason to fix it in the hope that this comment is nothing malicious but just a hint and maybe some suggestion on what should be worked on in order for guests to get a good first impression and happily return to the same accommodation, which I do not guarantee for myself. 1. Hospitality at a minimum level - without taking personal data (which would be good for apartment owners and not guests), without kindness, without anything..Good afternoon, goodbye..I think that for such accommodation really should be at least a little more access and a little more commitment to guests .. 2. A room as a room does not have a refrigerator or at least a microwave oven or anything for some basic preparation of some food. These are just some suggestions in my opinion for a more modern and better approach to guests 3. It was not explained to us at all whether there is a terrace anywhere to go out, sit down, drink coffee or something, or whether there is a kitchen or a refrigerator somewhere since there is nothing in the room, I think we should have explained on arrival, but maybe I’m wrong, maybe we should have assumed that was the case so ask everything in advance. 4. The only positive thing in the whole story why I put 2 * is the view that amazed me..The view from the room and bathroom is really beautiful and I believe that with such a view with just a little effort and work on these some little things would attract a bunch of guests each and. The biggest problem of everything and everything is the lack of communication, we barely spoke 3 words with the person who greeted us and accommodated us .. I think that the basics should at least be "good afternoon, this is your room, here you have this and that, here it says this and that, outside you have, for example, a terrace, this is like this, feel free to contact us for any questions." or at least anything approximate Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Once again I say this comment is nothing malicious or competitively stuffing bad comments or I don't know what but just honestly thought and some let's say push up to raise it all to a more professional level..It's not up to me to judge and decide on it because I guess the owners they know best, but I'm just trying a little help. Thank you for everything, at least I rested nicely on a comfortable mattress if nothing else, nice greetings
