In the branch office in KARLOVAC on June 6, 2018, I bought a watch made of just cavalli and after 4 days (in those 4 days I barely wore it because I was traveling) it started to lose color. I came to the branch office to return the watch and get a refund The saleswoman told me that this is not possible but only a replacement. The invoice says that a replacement is possible within 30 days, but nowhere does it say that it is not possible to return the money or the like. DO NOT FALL INTO SCAMS.
