Very bad personal experience with foreign shipments (packages). I keep the shipments in the branch office for 3.4 days, I don't know why, maybe because of incompetence or my own negligence, and maybe also because of drunken postmen, which do not deliver packages to your home address..it remained ok but on shipments something should change because this is a disaster. For example, a package from Munich to the Republic of Croatia arrives in three working days, but that is why they keep it in the "Post Vrbovec" for another 4 days for an inexplicable reason. Whenever I send a package, I have a tracking number, customs and the trip through three countries passes within 3 to 4 days, but the problem is in the mentioned Vrbovec branch. That is why the rating is very bad.

Infinite waiting in line, unkind and arrogant employees, behave as if we need to know everything about sending out the parcels, refusing help in anything. ... The highlight of everything was when I was waiting for the other day for 15 minutes with a number in my hand, no one was in front of me, three employees worked, no one paid attention to me !!!! And in the 8th month of pregnancy, my belly to my teeth, I'm waiting for them to be bothered to do their job! We literally do business in the company who will go to the post because no one has any more zivac for such behavior !!!!
