Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Zračna luka Zagreb

I had an issue with a rental where I damaged a tire right after picking the car up. The Zagreb branch helped coordinate with the nearest enterprise location to get me a new car, even though I contacted them very late at night. When I later returned the car, the agents helped me assemble everything I needed to submit a claim to my insurance company. It was clear that they cared about my safety and my overall customer experience. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Rented a car at the airport. Had absolutely no issues with anything. The only thing I didn’t like, was the almost empty fuel tank (no full/full policy) and the slightly dirty car interior.
