Miss told us yesterday that for the price of 189 kn we get unlimited home internet with a speed of 30 mbps, considering that we have one device on our subscription in t-com. She also tells us, since we were thinking of buying devices, if we buy devices and agree on a tariff, then the speed can rise to 40. And okay, my husband and I agree to that, she submits a request and says that a technician might come to set up the Internet tomorrow. , which is what happened. The technician comes to set up the internet today and says that he set the speed to 20 mbps because that's what it says in the request ?! So the woman looked us in the eye and lied! So there is no way we can buy devices at all now because this is a rudeness like no other!
