Approximately 26 shipments arrived from China to Croatia in two weeks ... In Croatia, "due to examinations caused by the COVID-19 virus", the packages have been standing for more than a month. Unless they are scanned by the one, only, most stupid person in this world, that information is justified ... Even before the virus itself, packets wait an abnormally long period, or are lost, or stolen in the meantime. The biggest pity in all this is that the company is state-owned and there is practically no other choice for the same service. When ordering, there was never a problem in the shipper, but in HP not doing its job properly.
Sadly I can’t update business hours, one on the web and another in reality!
Whenever possible, I avoid this establishment. As the redoubt was introduced, the wait became endless. The clerk picks things up for hours, and when the next number is pressed, his phone rings. After a long conversation he gets up from his chair and goes somewhere ??? The parties may have a dozen or so in total. Still they managed to wait an incredible hour as they came in line ???
Because of the repeated repetition of the same service, I avoid this establishment in a wide arc!
