It is really too long to wait in line and there is no crowd, the employees at the counters justify that every now and then their system crashes on the computers, imagine that it only happens in the post office in Pleternica. At the counters they are too slow and always in a bad mood without a bit of a smile from the management, the workers at the counters or the postman.
