Inefficient and unprofessional staff at the reception. When I called to order a tissue removal procedure ordered by a gynecologist when I last visited her, I am not in Croatia, the receptionist told me that she no longer works for them, that she would ask if other gynecologists do such a procedure and that he would call me tomorrow afternoon. She didn't call me for the next 2 days. I don't have the luxury of waiting and still paying a lot for the service. When I told the young lady that I had waited a long time for an answer, I was told, "Well, you haven't waited a month!" Uncultured. Thanks, I'll leave my money somewhere else, not in the ship's Agram.

The reception was very friendly, but the terribly insolent and unkind doctor left us with a good reminder of why we had moved out. The wife was more or less literally expelled from the practice because she wanted to be with her father for a checkup, since she could hear very little. So not a good day but insolent to get out. Driver-level communication is "no offense to them," and we all paid 800+ kn for everything. The doctor forgets that he is not working at a government hospital where he expects people to worship him, but at a private polyclinic where the services are billed and for the money we, as customers, pay, we expect some kind of kindness ... Mostly a very sad and ugly experience, solely for the sake of Dr. Dunder.

Extremely helpful and professional staff. Pleasant and expert examinations by appointment with quick diagnoses and given therapies. Compliments to the urology department.
