Today I had the worst experience possible because I planned to go on a boat for the entire day with my girlfriend and the Basetina company did not meet my expectations. Why? Basetina overbook from their boat stock and the reservation and deposit that we made yesterday were both canceled without helping us to find any solution. I do not recommend to rent at this place because they are not professional enough to run a business like this. I think Basetina company strongly damage the city image of Stari Grad.
We do not recommend this place for any rental services. We made a reservation a deposit to rent a boat and they overbook. We did not have a boat and they ruined our day because they did not have any solution at all. So we do not recomend this place
