Perfect support..thank you very much for the support.
Dr Darko Granic is a kind and caring doctor who treated my son's injuries very professionally. Highly recommended to anyone living or holidaying in Podgora.
Helped with my doughter during holidays, very friendly! Thanks!
Hello my name is Martina Juric!
I don't know where to start ....
This summer my husband and I stayed at the Medora Auri Hotel.
After a few days of staying I felt a numbness in my ears and my sense of hearing decreased significantly, creating a huge amount of nervousness for me.
From the hotel, the reception staff headed to the clinic in question. It was one of the most necessary experiences of my life. On arrival we passed a gentleman who had just rinsed his ears. As I walked, I explained to the nurse about the problem. The person in question gasped so much that she started flapping her hands like a peacock with her wings and shouting what is wrong with our ears today. My only mistake was that I forgot the mask out of panic ... we went back to the hotel to get the mask and then to the ambulance ... the doctor kindly received me and told the macon examination nurse to wash her ears ... she washed her right ear and plug he immediately flew out, and if the sister in question did not work on her left ear, she did not wash it properly, nor did a jet of water enter the ear canal. She also didn't want to touch the earlobe with her hand so that the pressure would enter better so that, God forbid, it wouldn't dry out. After I made it clear to her that I really still can't hear anything in her left ear, she said that it must be so small. When I went outside I was very sick and I was drenched in cold sweat ... I was really about to collapse. After half an hour we headed to the hotel. The day somehow passed. However I couldn’t sleep and had a panic attack because I really didn’t hear anything. That was 24.08. Tomorrow, August 25, the clinic was open in the afternoon from 2 p.m. We came even earlier to be first in line. The nurse in question arrives at 2.15pm and the doctor at 2.30pm. Patients are primed at 3 p.m. After the nurse in question saw me, she didn't even greet me, but in an angry voice, raising her voice to a withdrawn decibel, she said to the dervish, what are you doing here again ... after the explanatory situation, she got so angry and started shouting that I had nothing to do Makarska repeated on several occasions that we had been waiting for them until 2 pm and began to be baptized and shout that they were not urgent before. After that, I started the poster and asked if the doctor could examine my father anyway, so if necessary, we would go to Makarska. After a certain time approx. For about 30 minutes, the doctor politely received me and looked at me and told me to sit down. Then a frowning Dragana ordered the scientists to prepare the water. The water was cold and the plug did not come out. So kind nurse Draga shows the bowl and says I quote again "here you see with nothing" I couldn't keep quiet about that and I told the sister Dragana so how is there nothing when the Doctor now told you that there was a whole cap left, and on the other hand that water is too cold. Then angrily with a lot of rage he took and made warm water and of course finally touched the earlobe and under pressure came out the whole plug ... also after all that I still felt pressure in my ear. After returning to Podstrn, where I lived until recently, because now I see myself as a foreigner because I no longer live in Croatia, I go to my former doctor. I waited in line for 2 hours and it was crowded and no one was yelling at me and everyone was more than kind. I got ear drops there. I even have a photocopy as proof. And in Podgora, probably no one comes out of fear and everything was empty .... I must also mention that someone who does such work comes to a tan in glasses and miniskirts where on one leg you can even see everything from knee surgery, manicure and pedicure and not to mention ... a weekend off ... from Monday from 2pm to Tuesday from 2pm free and behaving like that towards someone who needs help? Is that normal and measured? Is it human and moral? Does anyone monitor this? So is it a trick on the entire health care system? I hope that this case will help change something and that those in need will get help without tears. Also another thing ... I offered my sister to take a coffee bar so I wouldn't feel like the last piece of trash ... she didn't take it ... but how long will it feel like little worms in a superstitious relationship .. that's Thanks! !!
They lost my Health Card !!!
