Bus Station Dubrovnik

Very helpful customer service and bus staff excellent really lovely to Irish tourists.The only thing would be airport shuttle times are posted the day before the flight which means you have to alk down in person and check window if your phone is not working or you do not wish to roam. Also taxi drivers very helpful.. Really great and nice people Police very helpful too Good job Dubrovnik!

The main bus bus terminal is located in the port of Dubrovnik (Gruz are) about 2.5km from Dubrovnik's Old Town. Also located at the bus station are Kiosk shop where you can buy phone cards and other small items one needs, left-luggage office, taxi and fast food. If You couldn't find the information try on Info desk staff they are very friendly and helpful.

Main bus station in Dubrovnik, located in Gruž harbour. City buses no. 1a, 1b, 3, 7 and 8 connect the station with other neighborhoods in the city, bus no.10 has a service to Cavtat. The airport shuttle bus departs from this station as well. Daily connections to Metković, Makarska, Split, Šibenik, Zadar, Rijeka, Zagreb, Osijek. International departures to Montenegro (Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Budva, Bar and Podgorica), to Bosnia and Herzegovina (Mostar, Sarajevo, Ženica, Trebinje) and to Northern Macedonia (Skopje). The ticket office is opened from 7am to 10pm.

The station is nothing special, not much place to sit or much to do if you’re waiting long. Going from Dubrovnik to Trebinje, in Bosnia & Herzegovina will be a bumpy ride. Not a bus but a shuttle that will take you across the border. You’ll pay a small extra fee for bags and take your sit on an old shuttle like van. When crossing the border, they will take your passport and then your driver will keep driving to the next checkpoint. It seemed really odd that they keep your passport to process and then take it to the shuttle driver, you just wait in suspense but it seems to be their process so don’t freak out. The road is not comfortable but it takes you where you need to be.

The luggage storage is a scam. When I decided I didn’t want to store my bag, after I found out how much it cost, the owner refused to let me leave. I paid for just to leave the building, because he was blocking the door. Would give 0 stars if possible.
