Worst bus service ever, never on time, what is the point of the schedule if nobody cares? Reckless drivers, ticket price is a total rip-off. Should have taken UBER instead. Libertas sucks.

1 is still too high. Very rude drivers. I checked on infoline that you are allowed to take your dog on a bus if the dog is in a special container or bag. We had our small dog in a dog bag but still two drivers did not let us into the bus. Infuriating! Luckily there is Uber...

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I have never left a bad review in all my years of traveling. Today is a first. We took the bus from Dubrovnik to Kotor today. Our driver was extremely rude to numerous people as we were trying to get on the bus. He yelled at a few people, but we just laughed it off cause I could understand how annoyed one must get after years of dealing with tourists who don’t speak your language and never know what they’re supposed to be doing. Then we started driving. He was the worst driver I have ever had, and we’ve been to a lot of different places. He took a shortcut through the mountains on a tiny winding road, almost killed us trying to pass a bus on a corner. He was traveling WAY too fast and was swerving around so bad, our bags were flying all over the floor and off the overhead racks. When a lady got up to hand one of her friends some water (he had motion sickness), he slammed on the brakes, making her fall, stopped the bus, and yelled at her. The whole time he was smoking, eating and talking on his phone at the same time. There were literally people crying on the bus! We all got out at the Montenegrin border to show our passports, and when we got back on he tore off before anybody could take their seats. Numerous people, including our young children, fell again. When we stopped at the next border line up, our family and a couple others decided to get out and take our chances with a taxi the rest of the way. If it had just been us, we would have gritted our teeth and continued on. But with two young kids, we didn’t want to get back on the bus with that horrible excuse for a driver. I had read the bad reviews about this company before, but because it was the only bus we could find felt we had no choice. Pay the extra money, go with a tour group or private car!!!!

Booked with excursions desk at hotel to go on the sight seeing bus today at 1.20pm, we waited outside entrance of hotel from 1.10pm the bus finally arrived at 1.35pm but did not wait for us to get to the bus before pulling away. Totally disgusted as they were made aware that they had a pick up at our hotel but couldn't be bothered to wait unlike us!
