It's not hard to find, but I had to confirm that the mescid was upstairs a little shop. Very nice and clean interior to take wudu.

All Masjid’s are house of الله سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ We should occupy Masjid 24/7. Very nice masjid with very humble and friendly Imam. It’s inside building (Building No. is 1 Ul. Decumanus, Poreč in front of jewellery shop) with Brown Wooden door on 1st Floor. Masjid has a toilet and Wadu area. Please contact Imam before you go to masjid just to check opening timings. جَزَاكَ اللّٰهُ خَيْرًا
