In the middle of the season, a line of 7.8 people, one lady works alone and needs 10-15 minutes per client to serve them. Mostly I waited 50min and 4 was fine. Bravo HP bravo Poreč

Disaster. From abroad, I wanted to inquire about one shipment that came. How long will it take me and some more details. No way to get in touch with the phone. They don't want to re-dial the 072 .... numbers. Now we will need 12 hours to go alone and to look at that between the two mail is my shipment. Awful disorganization. Disaster, really disaster.

Worst employer. Two employees for 50 people. Wait for an hour. They don't even have time to pee. Disaster

We have cs. 20 min. waited for our turn. The colleague sorting parcels could certainly have sold stamps for a few postcards.

It is unbelievable how slowly the employees work here
