We went to the office at the main bus station and ordered a taxi for the NEXT day (extra doing this, because we wanted to be super cautious!). The taxi just didn't arrive - without ANY notice. When we called the operator they told us there was no service registered for that hour, and the only solution they offered us was to order another taxi. This took again twenty minutes... As you can imagine, we were late at the airport.

Excellent service. Reasonable prices and on time. Took us from Pula to Rabac with no issues.

I waited for the taxi 20 minutes and they cancelled the ride without giving me the info. Horrible service, don’t trust them.

Been let down .Booked a taxi over the phone at 10:00 am. Been told it's going to take 10-15min. Waited 30min still no one here. Rang them back. They said the driver tried to call me, but no one did. Rang them back again .They said he will call you now. Been 50 minutes in total now and no one is coming for us. Horrible experience. Waisting precious holiday time.
