Villa Nana

Katha, AT We were 4 couples from 22 to 28 years old who stayed at villa nana for one week. When we arrived Elena and her family welcomed us very kind (and even catch us at the church because we couldn't find the right way - along the road where there is a road sign "Valtura" strikeout). We all felt comfortable once we entered the house. Everything was very clean, the pool and barbecue were perfect, everything looks very new as it is refurbished. We loved and enjoyed to sit outside of the great housing area (and of course also to stay inside - but luckily the weather was very good so we preferred the outside). We were positively surprised of everything, even the pictures looked great in reality it is even greater! The basic equipment (like cooking pots, bedclothes, towels, dishtowels, detergent, a few spices, toilet paper etc.) is already there so you don't have to think of every little thing and overpack your car! Elena was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips concerning excursions. We visited a National Park, Pula, Medulin, Porec and a few beaches. The best one was near Kafran! To be flexible we rented some scooters which was in principle a great idea but the supplier we chose was very nonserious and rude and the scooters often didn't work, so don't rent anything there (you find the address in the guest book!)!! The location is great as you have everything what you need in close vicinity to the Villa and all the same you aren't at the most touristic place so you can relax (around the Villa are other houses but everything is well protected so that doesn't matter). Also you can watch the plains because the airport is only a few kilometers away (but there is no perturbing noisiness). We all were highly pleased with our decision to spend our holiday at Villa NaNa and can unreserved recommend that everybody, no matter if you want to have a calm family vacation or come there with some friends to experience something (or just spending time at the pool). Choose Villa NaNa, we all think you won't regret your decision! :) August 2016 · Theresa, AT We had a wonderful stay at Villa NaNa. When we arrived we were greeted by Dario and his daughter, who welcomed us with cold Coca Cola, as well as bread and salami, and told us where the best beaches were. That was only the start to an unforgettable holiday! The house is very spacious, clean and has pretty much anything you need. There is enough space for three cars to park, possibly even four (we only had two), and the house has an alarm system that needs to be activated anytime you leave the house for a longer period of time. Bedding, as well as a set of clean towels are provided for every guest. There is a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine, and everything from salt to washing up liquid is there. They even pre-froze some ice cubes for us, ready to use as soon as we arrived! The only thing you might want to bring along are a water kettle (if you need one), and extra tablets for the dishwasher, as well as a hairdryer (there is one, but it doesn't do the job very well). The pool facilities were clean and warmed up nicely during the day, making late night swims a possibility even at the end of May. At night you can switch on the lights outside and in the pool. The outdoor dining area is a stroke of genius, providing much needed shade for lunch and dinner. The bbq worked great as well and was in constant use. There is a bakery and a very small supermarket that can be reached by foot, but we would suggest taking the 10-minute drive to the nearest bigger supermarket, where you’ll be able to fully stock your fridge with anything you might need. Pula is a 15-minute drive away, and we’d definitely recommend making the trip to the beautiful area of Premantura/Kap Kamenjak. Overall we would highly recommend the house and are looking forward to our next stay at Villa NaNa! May 2016 · Helpful

The Best

Super surroundings, swimming pool, neighbors do not bother, the only downside is the airport about 100 meters from the cottage, so planes fly overhead.

We felt very well, unfortunately, the pool is not heated, but in September absolutely necessary. Water temperature 19 -21 degrees !! Too bad, 5 weeks not used, !!! But otherwise 100% recommendable !!!
