Cancelled our 2-day rental booking because we arrived 2h30 later that the pick up time... Without any notice. Wasn't written in the booking...

Don't suggest at all. We rented a VW Polo online and paid for it with a card. When we came to desk, they said that they don't have a car for us and refused to refund.

Just arrived here to collect our prebooked car with car seats. Never had a worse experience. The man at the desk was exceptionally rude. When he thought we didn’t understand him he started shouting at us in front or our two toddlers. We had booked 2 child car seats which when we booked we weren’t informed there was a cost. We expressed surprise that we hadn’t been told this before despite confirming by phone. He then began to insult us saying we didn’t know what money was and had never rented a car!!!!

Arrived 2h after the reservation time and they said they didn't have a car anymore.
