Very good service.New and clean cars.Really great option for renting a car.

Paid for meet and greet from pula airport. We were met but 30 minutes after arriving in the car rental hall. We were then lead out into the furthest car park of the airport to fill in all the documents and complete payment in the boot of a car for us to then wait another 20 minutes for our car to arrive. We paid for a new VW Polo and received a battered Peugeot instead. When filling in the documents there were 2 damages already recorded on the list, after a very quick glance of the car there were several big dents, scratches and bumps. Some we were told not to worry about as they were part of other incidents which meant that they had already been recorded and dealt with. We had the car and returned it a week later to be charged €200 for a small mark underneath the bumper which was apparently okay when we got the car because it was part of another part of damage, the car had no front splitter when we got it which I would say is because it had come off when the damage had been done originally. After asking to speak to the mans manager he said we can either pay or he will phone the police. We got our documents out to read our insurance policy and he said we need to pay because he has somewhere to be. The whole company process of getting the car and returning it was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I’d definitely recommend using Sixt, the ques are bigger but they provide a proper service.
