Hertz Rent a car

I think the head of this agency has a cruel need to show some authority. having a credit card where it is stipulated debit on it he refuses to take it for the surety. despite having the central reservation in France and check with him he refused the passage of the card. so I had to go through another renter while my car was booked and paid at hertz. of course the price of the rental was not the same I had to pay more than the double price. I can only advise you to check your credit card or avoid this agency if it is possible.

In June 2018, we were talked into a full CDW coverage on a car "because it's brand new and any scratches/chips will cost you at least 200 euros", but instead were sold a higher priced Personal Accident coverage and NO full CDW. Fortunately we avoided scratches chips. When I looked at the final bill on return and complained about the PAI charge I didn't want in the first place, they said "we can't do anything about it" The manager didn't even want to come to show himself, "I'm washing cars right now".
