Arrived on the spot we had to pay a franchise which had not been specified during the reservation. Having a problem with the map we could not get the car and the staff did not take any steps to help us.

Uncomplicated vehicle takeover and vehicle return. Everything went smoothly.

Friendly service, short ways and top car As a frequent traveler and Europcar Privilege Elite VIP customer, I have already rented a large number of vehicles at various destinations. The station at Pula airport is operated by Uniline, the Croatian licensee of Europcar. The rental without long waits was perfect. Anton prepared the lease, explained the components of the contract and then escorted me to the vehicle on the parking lot, just a few steps away. The handover was very thorough - even the slightest scratches on the well maintained new vehicle were meticulously documented. We received a free upgrade to the booked Fzg. Class: Instead of a Ford Focus, we were handed over a new Opel Grand Land SUV with lush features (automatic transmission, adaptive automatic xenon cornering lights, reversing camera). Then Anton accompanied me to one of the many ATMs in the arrivals hall and recommended a machine from an Austrian bank. When I wanted to program the navigation system, I stumbled upon the on-board computer language setting - it was set to Russian and I had no chance to change the language settings. A young friendly colleague from Anton accompanied me again to the vehicle and changed the language to German. Such an attentive and exemplary service I have not experienced for a long time.
