Villa Ratac

Very kind and generous hosts! Ideal location for guests came to enjoy Adriatic 24 hours. The house is beautiful with really gorgeous olive, orange and palms trees in its own garden. Certainly, perfect value for money.

We have spent 2 wonderfull weeks in the Penthouse apartament. Excellent and we'll equipped vacation apartment in the beautiful villa in a quiet part of Dubrovnik Riviera. The views from the balcony are simply breathtaking..The house is very comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, and had everything we needed. We just loved it!! Hope to go there again some Day 🥰

It's a very uncomfortable experience. The two bedroom apartment at the Mirta was booked for 10 days. We just wanted to have a nice vacation with our friends, but it wasn't all nice. On the second day of the night there was a thunderstorm. Even though the patio door was closed it was raining and we had to wipe the water with a towel the whole time so that the parquet didn't soak up the water. In the second room, water dripped from the ceiling to the bed at the same time. The problem started there when we complained about it. Instead of doing something we were told (father of host) we had left the balcony door open and that if we weren't happy with the apartment we could look elsewhere for an apartment. As it is not easy to get another apartment straight away, we decided to stay, never complain about anything again, just ignore everything and make the most of our vacation. On the 5th day the owner arrived with his family. We were at the beach. He came to us and instead of welcoming us as a guest he was very unprofessional and rude. He told us he didn't have time to deal with our problems, even though the problems were just his. For us the vacation was over. We packed our things, paid for our stay and left the apartment that evening. A real host is friendly and takes care of his guests. He was the opposite of it .... never more Villa Ratac !!!!!

Very cute and clean apartment directly at the beach. A super comfortable space with coffee machine, good shower, comfortable bed, WiFi and private access to the sea. The extra: we enjoyed the private sun beds. Amazing view from our balcony. Communication with hosts was very easy. Perfect location if you’re looking for somewhere relaxed. The nearest place is Slano which is the small town has everything you need. It is also a great base for “old town Dubrovnik”, airport. Parking place just above the villa. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.
