Crkva Sv. Pantaleona

Saint Pantaleon was an early Christian martyr, otherwise an educated physician born around 283. in Nicodemus, Asia Minor. You can find interesting sketches from his life on sveci.net. His memorial is celebrated on July 27th. Church of St. Pantaleona was built in the 17th century on the site of an older medieval church. The façade has a double transept with two bells. In front of the church there used to be a shed (an open porch in front of the entrance to the church), of which only stone benches have been preserved to this day. In the church there is a stone altar with the crucifix Jesus, St. Pantaleon and St. Anthony of Padua. Next to the church there is a preserved stone paved and surrounded by a dry stone wall.
