Very clean and well organized place. Lot's of treas where you can hide from the sun. Clean rooms with nice view at the sea. Beach is rocky, but there're steps or ladder every few meters that you can use to enter the ( clean) water. You can take a 25 min walk by the sea to reach the Porec. There are pubs and playgrounds on the way. Great place for holiday with kids and for those who like jogging... place is located on the hill, so if you don't like stairs maybe ask for a room closer to the beach.

Amazing setting under lots of trees immediately on the shore. Secluded sections of beach, and you can even bring your pet. Amazing combination.

Fantastic place, clean, an actual very comfy double bed and proper pillows! What more do you need from a holiday 😊 highly recommend the food from the on site care as well

Older buildings but new furniture inside. Clean, calm. Food tasty. Beach nice and large. Sunbeds on weekend for free.

This is not 4* stars complex by any means. Calling this 4* is a joke to be honest. The apartment is very small but I agree they try to keep it clean. The biggest problem was a bathroom. It has only about 3sqm size. To get to toilet you must step into the shower. WiFi is not really good. The pool was dirty and needs a lot of cleaning. If you are not fit enough, you will struggle with a lot of steps leading to the sea. It's 110 steps just to get down to the sea. I will never return here, not good at all.
