Tokens of only 5 kuna and low pressure. The car wash has the potential, to introduce tokens of 2 kuna and increased pressure would increase customer satisfaction, and a satisfied customer is happy to return.

Why only 5 Kn chips? Sometimes just 2-3 Kunas more is enough to finish washing. Customer satisfaction seems to be in the background!
