So, bracelets bought on 12/17/2020. The full price is 1. 720,00kn, at a discount 860,00kn. The first pendant fell off after 2 days of wearing, the second pendant falls off after 5 days of wearing, while the second bracelet shoots on one ring after 2 days of wearing. I go to complain, NO complaints, NO refunds, as well as replacements ... The seller suggests that we buy them, which costs an additional 200kn for EACH bracelet, with the comment that we BE CAREFUL while wearing bracelets, to watch what we do ... we can apply, if it is not effective I will contact the state inspectorate. People don't buy here, don't throw money in Argentum !!! And yes I forgot to say I said a watch bought about a year ago, after a month half the zircon fell out. Passionate !!!!

I have a very bad experience in argentum. By the way, I'm really not from negative reviews, but this was terrible. I bought two bracelets and the next day one stretched on its own (maybe I got stuck, or got stuck at night, but I didn’t feel it). First they told me to choose the others, I asked for any two just to be the same. In the end I chose cheaper so they told me they couldn't trade it for cheaper ... Then one of them took my stretched bracelet and accused me of having to pull and stretch it with both hands, if not me then someone else. Then the other saleswoman supported her and I just stared blankly and was shocked. I wanted to send an email and complain about if anything, unprofessionalism and rudeness but somehow I gave up because I don’t have any of that and I already bought two of the same bracelets at another jewelry store.

Disaster..silver earrings bought with lost color at the end of the earring..or blackness at the end of the earring..mostly horror!

6.6.2018 I bought a watch from just cavalli and after 4 days (in those 4 days I barely wore it because I was on a trip) it started to lose color. I came to the branch to return the watch and get a refund, which the saleswoman told me that it is not possible but only a replacement. The invoice says that a replacement is possible within 30 days, but nowhere does it say that it is not possible to get a refund or the like.
