The worst experience of buying gold so far. Jewelry is too expensive, they do not stick to the agreement, and arrogantly try to justify their incompetence. It took them 5 days to send the necklace from Split to Zagreb for engraving, to let me know on the day of delivery that it could not be delivered when it was said, to send the necklace back to Split by bus after serious objections and take it to someone for engraving. they called me at 20:45 in the evening that day that the necklace was with them and the working hours were until 21:00. In addition, they charged me for the engraving through another company inside the Dodić jewelry store (it is certainly questionable whether this act was in accordance with the law).
