Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Zagreb

Excellent service. Nice and welcoming staff. They advised to buy an Internet SMS card for 20 euros. I travel a lot, but here I was very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

Excellent sevice!

Honest and professional. I've rented a car and taken it to Slovenia with no extra charge for "out of country permit", used the insurance on my credit card and have zero problem. The staff even explained to me about the vignette I needed to purchase at the border store. I picked the cheapest category but they upgraded my car to Opel Crosslander X for free. It included both Android Auto and Apply Carplay. Beware of the other rental companies with lower advertised price. You would end up paying more in either insurance or trump-up charge of none-existing damage or "cleanup fee". You will get a lower overall price with the Enterprise-rental. There is a 1600 Euro cred card hold for not using their insurance. This seem to be standard in this area. I got all my money back three days after I returned my car.

Enterprise committed to rent me a Hyundai i20 (16 000 € car) "or equivalent". They gave me a Dacia Sandero (8 000 € car) and argued it was equivalent in terms of size. Crooks! Do not rent a car here!

Best experience renting a car so far (and i've rented many cars on many EU countries). The process was quick, easy and transparent both on the webpage and on site. No hidden costs, extra fees, etc... as sadly happens many times. Also, no annoying insistence on buying extras. The car was very new, comfortable and well equipped. It worked perfectly. The price per week was very cheap and we expected a worst car and/or service. Both were surprisingly good. The staff was nice and helpful and the place, altough not 100% on the city center, is located near the bus station, next to several bus and tram stops, so it's easy to reach. Definitely will repeat.
