Just be aware - They will only tell you a portion of the insurance cost on email quotes. I expected 20 euro a day. When I checked in they wanted to add another 15 euro a day for glass and tires. #surprise1 When you check in they will debit two amounts on your credit card. One for the car hire and one for a holding fee. Ensure you know the cost in advance of the second amount - it was way more then expected. #Surprise2 The manager in Zagreb knows nothing about Zagreb. He has no idea about parking facilities so do not expect any local knowledge or help. Apparently he lives a very long way from Zagreb. He also might say very interesting things about you in Croatian ( which you will miss if you only speak English.) #Surprise3

Couldn't be happier with the service. Mario is reliable and friendly. He gave us a new and clean luxurious vehicle for a very reasonable cost (we compared with the other car rental companies in Zagreb). The pickup and dropoff were flexible and easy -- would DEFINITELY recommend. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
