Friendly staff with great service. Got a free upgrade on our car! Martin, the guy at the service desk was able to give clear instructions and advice on the tolls and payments as well. Would recommend!

Car stunk of cigarette smoke and the plastic floor mats were wet when we picked up the car. For what you pay you’d expect better service!! They could’ve at least put an air freshner in the car. Won’t be using this company again!!!

No one at the counter or answering the phones, took an hour to find someone to drop off the car, nearly missed my flight. When we finally found someone staff were rude and not helpful

Waited for an hour for someone to show up on the reception. Very unprofessional
